The Monotropic Academic is a research-informed initiative exploring how deeply focused minds work, create, connect and thrive in academic life. MAX, the Monotropic Academic Xchange, is the community and applied field-research arm of this initiative: a living laboratory in which new forms of interest-led academic connection can be created and tested.
